RETURNS & REFUNDS

Mail Order returns and refunds arranged through our customer service department:

IMPORTANT: Please contact us via email first before making any returns. Any faulty, incorrect or unwanted items should be returned with an ‘Authorized Return Number’ – which will be given to you via email by our customer service representative.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued if the item is in its original packing and sealed.
For any damaged, faulty or incorrect items you must inform our customer service team and return the item within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Any return must include the order number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the items. The package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We may be unable to refund or resend your order if any item is lost on its way to us without a proof of postage receipt from your postal office.


DIGITAL
We do not sell any digital downloads directly from our site yet and all downloads are sold from a third party site www.traxsource.com so please kindly check their shop policies on their website.


DAMAGED ITEMS
All damaged and faulty items will be replaced free of charge. Once you receive a confirmation from our customer service team, you may require to return the incorrect or faulty item (s). Postage for such returns will be reimbursed. Please DO NOT return faulty items without contacting our customer service team first.
 The faulty or incorrect item will either be replaced if stock is available or you will be refunded including the postage paid. You must return any such item within 14 days of purchase. Any item returned later than this period will not be accepted.


WRONG ITEM
If you have been shipped a wrong item from our part, we will either refund you in full (including the postage and packing you were charged), or send you replacement copies, if there is available stock.
Any item that is missing from your order, then you should contact us immediately and we will send replacements as required. Please note that due to the policies on weight limits from our postal service (Emirates Post), we may have to split larger orders into separate packages. Often they will arrive at the same time but sometimes packages will arrive a few days later. The invoice will be marked as ‘Package 1 of 2” to show that the order has been split.


ERROR FROM YOUR END
If any item is ordered by error, we will allow a return to be made, but will not refund any outgoing or return postage/shipping costs. Please kindly note that if we receive regular requests for such returns, then we reserve the right to refuse to supply further orders.
When you place an order, the system automatically generates a label from your address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for providing the right details of your shipping address. Please do not use any foreign language alphabets or characters as this may not be recognized by our system and may cause your address to be displayed incorrectly. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you have entered your address incorrectly.
If your order is returned to us because you did not collect it from the post office or because you made a mistake with your address, we may be able to resend it but you will have to pay the extra charges to have it resent.


OTHER REASONS
If you are not satisfied with any of the items you have received for any other reason (such as simply not liking the item), we will be happy to refund you for the cost of the item if we receive the returned items to us in the condition that they were sent, within 14 days of delivery to you. We regret that we cannot refund you for postage and packing charges because these are direct costs. Please contact us and wait for a response before returning anything back to us.
